Refund Policy

We want you to love your Zipessa purchase, if you are not satisfied with a product, we want to make it right. Please return merchandise that is unworn, unwashed and has not been damaged to us within 30 days of original purchase date and we will reach out with any questions or concerns. 

Postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the item was received as faulty and any product that appears to be worn will be sent back to the customer. 

Please note that we do not allow returns on international orders. 

In order to process returns you MUST have the following in your returned package: 

-The original packaging

-The packing slip 

-A note stating the reason for the return/exchange
